    Hey, great slide preso. I wish more companies would do this – would make my job easier when I get up to train.

    What sort of templates and forms can you sue to build the pre and post work stuff; and where does coaching fit in the mix?

    Pete, thanks for the positive feedback. I would suggest you look at this book – it has the templates you are looking for.

    Coaching is a powerful addition to any learning transfer. It can be done by the line manager (if qualified), other internal resources or an external resource. The key is that the coaching has to be around the objectives from the program.
